Give us a call with the number of golfers in your group and we will give you our availability that best matches your group or you can go on line and choose any of our available units. Then choose the golf courses you would like to play and give us your approximate tee times and we will do the rest. We book your courses and tee times for you and the courses give us a small discount that we pass along to you. One call and one place to pay, saving you valuable time and money. Reunions and Large Groups: We offer group and reunion discounts based on the number of units rented. 5 units or less receives a discount of 5% off the rental fee, 6-10 units receives a discount of 10% off the rental fee and 11 units or more receives a discount of 15% off the rental fee. Golf Packages
Why should you worry about
where to stay or where to play? It's time to start gathering everyone
together for a nice, relaxing round of golf. We offer golf packages with
14 wonderful lake area courses to choose from. You pick the course and
date and we will arrange your tee times as well as your condo. WE do the
planning and YOU do the relaxing.
At the Knolls Condominiums you will enjoy our beautiful views of the
lake as you relax on the private deck of one of our rental condos. Our
owner's all lovingly furnish the condos for you. Each unit boasts a
living area with fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and
each bedroom has it's own bath. Make The Knolls your home away from
home.
The Knolls Condominiums offers various
amenities for your enjoyment including indoor and outdoor swimming
pools, whirlpool, sauna, steam room and a lakeside swimming area to help
you unwind after a busy day of golfing. There are two indoor and
outdoor tennis courts for the tennis enthusiast. A boat ramp, marina
slips, and boat or Sea-Doo rentals are also available. The kids will
enjoy playing at our playground, 1/2 court basketball, horseshoe pit or
in our game room.
The Knolls Condominiums has a limited number of one, two, three and four bedroom units available for rent on a short term basis. We offer 3 bedroom hot tubs units.

friends. Many of the staff at The Knolls Condominiums are
veterans who have served honorably, just as our current military
do. For all current active duty military, call the front desk for special rates on your stay at the Knolls. |
Corporate Packages
For reunions, groups and corporate getaways we are now offering the following discounted rates. For groups renting 2 to 5 units you will receive a 5% discount off the regular rental rate, for groups renting 6 to 10 units you will receive a 10% discount off the regular rental rate and for groups renting 11 or more units you will receive 15% off the regular rental rate. If your group needs 20 or more units please call for a quote. All other fees are additional to the rental rate including housekeeping, damage protection; knolls use fee and all taxes.
We also offer customized corporate golf retreats. Call us with your dates and the courses you would like to play and we will put together a great golf package for your group.
